Dr. Candy Singh is a nationally recognized leader with over three decades of experience in education. As a former superintendent and university faculty member, she now empowers leaders and organizations through speaking, coaching, and consulting, guiding them to create workplaces and schools where individuals feel inspired, valued, and motivated to contribute.

In addition to my independent work, I serve as a keynote speaker and facilitator for FranklinCovey Education, collaborating with educators and organizations to foster leadership development and cultivate empowering cultures for both students and staff.
CONSULTANT
As a strategic consultant, I collaborate with K–12 school districts, higher education institutions, and educational organizations to design and implement initiatives that enhance leadership capacity, align organizational goals, and improve outcomes for students and communities.
I work closely with superintendents, executive teams, and institutional leaders to develop actionable strategies that strengthen educational programs, support educator development, and foster environments where both students and staff can thrive.
COACH
I partner with current and aspiring superintendents, higher education leaders, school board members, district management teams, and principals to support their growth and effectiveness.
Through reflective dialogue and actionable strategies, I empower educational leaders to navigate complex challenges, foster collaborative cultures, and lead with clarity and confidence.
